Privacy policy

This site collects only what you choose to send.

Contact form

Your name, email address and message are stored so the author can read and reply to it, and are emailed to the author. They are not shared or sold.

Who sends our email

Emails from this site are delivered by Resend, an email delivery service, which receives the recipient's address and the message only to deliver it.

Join the Sentinels

Your name (optional) and email address are stored so the author can send series news. We first email you a link to confirm the address is yours; you're only added to the list once you click it, and we record when you did. Signups that are never confirmed are deleted after 7 days. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

What we don't keep

We don't store your IP address. For spam protection we keep a one-way, salted fingerprint of it that cannot be turned back into the address. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps short-lived technical request logs (deleted within 7 days) to keep the site secure and running. The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The trailer uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode, which doesn't set YouTube cookies until you play the video.
